Day 1 – 12/11/26

Flight to Cairo | Grounding & First Connection
Arrival in Cairo and transfer to the hotel for rest and adjustment.
In the evening, we head out for a special dinner at Beit El Sultan, featuring traditional music and a live show (starting at 19:00) — the perfect way to gently tune into the rhythm and energy of the country.

Day 2 – 13/11/26

Pyramids & Nile | Connecting with the Ancient
Morning yoga practice on the hotel rooftop overlooking the majestic Sphinx.
Full-day visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) and the Giza Plateau, home to the Pyramids and the Sphinx — one of the most powerful energetic sites on the planet.
Lunch at Andrea New Giza.
In the evening, a walking tour in Cairo followed by a relaxing Nile boat ride with music (30 minutes), allowing for calm integration under the night sky.

 

Day 3 – 14/11/26

Fayoum | Desert, Silence & Inner Flow
Full-day excursion to Fayoum, where nature meets stillness.
Visit the Valley of the Whales and its museum, Rabbit Desert, and the enchanting Magic Lake.
Enjoy a sandboarding experience and a yoga session in the desert, surrounded by vast open landscapes.
Stop at the Wadi El Rayan waterfalls before returning to Cairo.
Early evening seafood dinner at Wady Al Nile restaurant.

 

Day 4 – 15/11/26

Sacred Sites & Transition | From Old to New
Visit Saint George, the National Museum of Civilization, the Cairo Citadel, and the Mosque of Muhammad Ali — a day dedicated to history, memory, and spirituality.
Lunch at Galalto and free time at Khan El Khalili Bazaar to explore colors, scents, and authentic local culture.
Transfer to the airport and flight to Luxor. Arrival, hotel check-in, and dinner.

 

Day 5 – 16/11/26

Nile & Dendara | Flow & Feminine Energy
Full-day Nile cruise with a visit to the Temple of Dendara, dedicated to the goddess Hathor — symbol of love, joy, and feminine power.
Lunch during the excursion and dinner at the hotel.

 

Day 6 – 17/11/26

Luxor | Initiation into Light
Explore the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Karnak and Luxor Temples.
In the evening, attend the Sound & Light Show at Karnak — an experience that awakens memory and emotion.
Dinner at the hotel.

Day 7 – 18/11/26

Baharia Oasis | Disconnection & Grounding
Transfer back to Cairo and departure for Baharia Oasis (approx. 5 hours).
Lunch and exploration of the Black Desert.
Afternoon yoga session and dinner at the camp under a star-filled sky, fully immersed in nature.

Day 8 – 19/11/26

White Desert | Silence, Presence & Reconnection
Morning yoga and breathwork.
Visit the Crystal Desert and the unique White Desert.
Lunch, afternoon yoga, and dinner.
Overnight stay at the camp in the profound stillness of the desert.

 

Day 9 – 20/11/26

Return Flight | Completion & Integration
Transfer from Baharia to Cairo and then to the airport for your international departure.
A day to integrate the experience and return home filled with images, calmness, and inspiration.

Note: The order of visits may be adjusted for the smooth execution of the program without omitting any activities.

Payment Plan (3 Bank Transfers)

• 1st Deposit: €880 per person -Due by 25/06/2026

• 2nd Deposit: €880 per person -Due by 27/08/2026

• Final Payment:

•    €890 (for 10–13 participants)

  • €670 (for 14–19 participants) -Due by 29/10/2026

The single room supplement (€515) is to be settled with the final payment.

 

Important Notes

• It is important that all payments are made no later than the stated deadlines, as we are required to secure flight seats and accommodation with advance deposits.

• Bank transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the participants.

Cancellation Policy (in case of cancellation by the participant)

In the event of cancellation, the following fees apply:

• 26/06 – 27/08/2026: €880 cancellation fee per person

• 28/08 – 29/10/2026: €1,740 cancellation fee per person

• 30/10 – 12/11/2026: 100% cancellation fee per person

Important Notes

• It is essential that all payments are made no later than the specified due dates, as we are required to make advance payments to secure airline tickets and hotel reservations.

• All bank transaction fees are solely the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation Policy

- In case of cancellation initiated by the participant

In case of cancellation without valid justification (excluding events such as death, hospitalization due to illness, or a documented accident), the following cancellation fees apply:

• From 15/02 to 20/03/26: €700 per person

• From 20/03 to 5/04/26: 100% of the total cost (no refund)

 

Clarifications​

• All transaction fees are borne exclusively by the participant.

• When making the payment, please indicate only the full name of the participant in the payment description.

• No booking is considered valid without a signed travel agreement and deposit payment.

• All passports  must have a validity of at least 6 months beyond the date of entry into Egypt.

• Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation after the withdrawal deadline, except for documented serious cases (loss of life, hospitalization, etc.) supported by an official document from a government authority or hospital.
